Delivery Policy

Delivery will be made by Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed, UK addresses only, at a flat rate of £4.95 per item. Please allow 3 to 7 days for delivery.

Returns Policy

Items returned should be unworn with tags, in saleable condition, in original packaging. Please contact us beforehand if you wish to return an item. Items must be returned by post at own cost to our Shop:

Refunds can only be made once the returned items are received in good condition. Refunds will be made using the original payment method where possible.

Welcome to The Coat Company’s website terms and conditions for use, These Terms apply to the use of this Website and by accessing this Web site and/or placing an order for goods you agree to be bound by the Terms set out below. If you are contracting as a consumer, you may cancel a Contract at any time within 14 days, beginning on the day after you received the goods. In this case, you will receive a full refund of the price paid for the goods. The goods must be unworn, in their original packaging and complete with swing tickets and labels intact and attached, Please allow up to 2 weeks once you have returned your parcel for the refund to be credited, We will refund the price of the goods in full, including the cost of sending the item to you. However, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.

If for any other reason you return the goods to us we will examine the returned goods and will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time, We will usually process a refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day we confirmed to you via email that you were entitled to a refund for the defective goods. Goods returned by you because of a defect will be refunded in full, including a refund of the  delivery charges for sending the item to you and the cost incurred by you in returning the item to us.

We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.

We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of goods appearing on the Website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system, Although we aim to keep the Website as up to date as possible, the information appearing on this Website at a particular time may not always reflect the position exactly at the moment you place an order. Every care has been taken to ensure that the description and specifications of the goods are correct. However colour reproduction on the web site may vary slightly from the actual goods.

The price of any goods will be as quoted on our Website from time to time, except in cases of obvious error. These prices exclude delivery costs, which will be added to the total amount due.

Every effort has been made on this Website to ensure that shopping online is safe and secure. We cannot be responsible for the fraudulent use on our Website of a lost credit card, but will assist your credit card company where necessary once you have reported the fraud to them

From receipt of your order and payment in full we aim to deliver within 5 working days, stock permitting.
